This management company has over 30 years in the industry, owns and manages approximately 600 beds in the state of Florida. Added to the team is an experienced attorney Shaddrick Haston who was the former head of Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration’s Assisted Living Unit. As the head of the Agency’s licensure unit, he was responsible for the licensure of all assisted living facilities, adult family care homes and adult day care centers in Florida.
In conclusion, Anthony decided the most efficient way to scale his operations is to become a fund manager. By opening his own private fund called Global Investment Capital Group LLC he’s able to buy multiple properties. This real estate fund is a debt fund that provides an investor or institutions with a fixed return cross collateralized against all assets in the fund. Lastly, He is active in the community and has been involved in numerous volunteering and charitable programs. In his spare time, Anthony enjoys spending time with family and friends, outdoor adventures and loves to travel.
